Refund and Returns Policy

 

Delivery & Returns

All potential returns must be reported within 24 hours from when the order will be received. The products must be in impeccable condition, with all the seals and packaging accessories unopened & untouched.

If the return request is accepted by our observation, then the client will have to pay the delivery fee plus the difference (if any) for the new product that will be sent to them.

Order Cancellations

Orders placed online with the instant delivery option have to be canceled via phone within 2 hours from when the order will be placed. For orders placed with other shipping options, cancellation needs to be confirmed within 1 hour. Folder Auto Parts Limited reserves the right to deny any cancellations that are deemed tardy.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases][include any that are applicable]. These items are not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange.

Shipping Terms

For Instant Delivery Option, a turnaround time of 3-4 hours will be guaranteed.

Same-day Delivery has a turnaround time of 24 hours.

Standard Delivery has a turnaround time of 3-4 days. We do not guarantee any deadlines for standard delivery orders.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@folderauto.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such items back to the manufacturer.

Refunds and Exchanges

After we have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card, or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances.

General

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange or to impose different or additional conditions.

The time required to complete a refund depends on the purchase method you have selected. Once we have received your product and it has undergone quality control (2 working days), the expected refund processing times are as follows:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN * PRODUCTS.

* Mobil products supplied by MJL or any other Brand products which have an open type QR code scanning option on the bottle or packaging.

* Tires manufactured by any Brand.

* Electric/Electronic products which can get easily damaged by voltage fluctuation ( Horn, Bulb, Ignition coil, Spark Plugs, Sensors etc).

* Products which have Sprayer or any sort of Aerosol dispensing ability.
