1. Delivery & Returns
We deliver products across Bangladesh through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–5 working days within Dhaka and 3–7 working days outside Dhaka.
Delivery Charges: May vary based on order size, weight, and location. Charges will be displayed before confirming your order.
Damaged / Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange a return or exchange at no extra cost.
Return Period: Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. Order Cancellations
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them if they have not been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
3. Returns
Our return policy is designed to be simple and transparent.
Eligible for Return: Wrong product delivered, damaged during delivery, or manufacturing defects.
Not Eligible for Return: Products that are used, tampered with, damaged due to customer misuse, or not returned in original packaging.
Customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) for all return requests.

4. Shipping Terms for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items. Folder Auto Parts Limited will not be responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your return.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
We want our customers to feel confident when shopping with us.
Refunds: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges: You may exchange a defective or incorrect product for the correct one, subject to availability.
Partial Refunds: In cases where only part of an order is returned, a partial refund may be issued.
Non-Refundable Items: Customized or special-order items are not eligible for returns or refunds.
6. Refund Policy – Payment Method & Time
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase:
Online Payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Bank Transfer, Cards): Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 7–10 business days after approval.
Refund Confirmation: You will receive an email or SMS notification once your refund has been processed.
7. Important Notes
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition to qualify for a return.
Refunds and exchanges will not be provided if the product was damaged due to improper use, installation, or lack of maintenance.
Folder Auto Parts Limited reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Our policy complies with the Consumer Rights Protection Act of Bangladesh to ensure fairness for both customers and the company.
